By accessing or using CG Lounge ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Seller Terms

As a seller on CG Lounge, you agree that:

• You own or have the rights to sell all content you upload
• Your products do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• You will provide accurate descriptions and previews
• You will respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings

4. Buyer Terms

As a buyer on CG Lounge, you agree that:

• Purchases grant you a license to use the content, not ownership
• You will not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content
• You will respect the license terms specified by each seller
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source files beyond what's provided

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Adult content without proper categorization
• Misleading or fraudulent listings

6. Payments & Fees

CG Lounge operates on a 0% commission model. Sellers keep 100% of their earnings. The optional "Love Slider" allows sellers to voluntarily support the platform.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Standard payment processing fees apply. Payouts are processed weekly, with a minimum threshold as specified in your dashboard.

7. DMCA & Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright:

• Provide identification of the copyrighted work
• Identify the infringing material with specific URL
• Include your contact information and a statement of good faith

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, pending payouts will be processed according to our standard schedule, minus any disputed amounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

CG Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Quality or accuracy of listed products
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Lost profits or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
