1Digital Assets (3D Models, Textures, HDRIs)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of downloadable assets are final once the file has been downloaded.
Not eligible for refund: Downloaded files
Eligible for refund: Purchased but not yet downloaded
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, previews, and specifications before purchasing.
2Video Courses
We want you to love our courses. If you're not satisfied, here's how refunds work:
Eligible for Refund
- • Within 14 days of purchase
- • Less than 20% of course watched
- • No course materials downloaded
Not Eligible for Refund
- • More than 14 days since purchase
- • 20% or more of course completed
- • Course materials downloaded
How we track progress: Your course progress is tracked automatically as you watch videos. This includes your peak progress (highest completion percentage reached), which is used for refund eligibility. Restarting a course for review won't affect your refund eligibility status.
Bundle purchases: Refund eligibility applies to each course individually. Partial refunds may be issued for bundles.
3Exceptions - We've Got Your Back
Even if you don't meet the criteria above, we'll issue a full refund if:
- Technical issues: Files are corrupted or don't work as described
- Misleading description: Product significantly differs from its listing
- Duplicate purchase: Accidentally bought the same item twice
- Unauthorized purchase: Account was compromised (with verification)
